What data we process
The data you give us through the contact form (name, company, email, phone if you enter it, your answers to the six questions), what you write to us by email or WhatsApp and, only if you accept, the technical data of Cloudflare Web Analytics described below and aggregated browsing data collected by Google Analytics. We do not ask for special categories of data: please do not enter them in the form.

Who processes data on our behalf
Providers that help us run the site and receive requests, appointed as processors where required: Cloudflare (site hosting), PikaPods (the n8n server that receives the form), Google (Gmail and Sheets to read requests, Calendar for bookings, Analytics only with your consent), Meta (WhatsApp, if you write to us there). Some providers may transfer data outside the EU with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or pass on your data.
Consent
Consent to Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics is managed with Klaro, hosted on this site: both are loaded only after “Accept”, and you can change your choice from “Cookie preferences”. Details are in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. Just write to luca@str0ng.biz. You can also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
