Method

Four phases, one method.

Every phase ends with a document. If you stop after the first one, you still have a written diagnosis in your hands.

01

Diagnosis

What happens
We look at the channels you use, what they cost, how many enquiries come in, how many become customers and how quickly you reply. We talk to the people who sell, not only to the people who decide.
How long
to be confirmed
What you get
A written diagnosis: where customers and money are lost, ranked by weight.

02

Plan

What happens
We pick a few priorities and, for each, the lever and the time it needs. What stays out of the plan gets written down too, so it doesn’t creep back in.
How long
to be confirmed
What you get
A plan with priorities and timing.

03

Execution

What happens
We switch the levers on one at a time: automation, website, content. Our divisions or your own suppliers run them, with a single point of contact.
How long
to be confirmed
What you get
An execution calendar.

04

Measurement

What happens
Every month we read the numbers together. What doesn’t work gets changed, and the report says so.

What you get
A monthly report.

The priority, lever, time grid

The plan fits in a table. Each row is a customer problem, not a service: replying sooner, getting found, explaining the product better.

Next to it sits the lever that solves it and the time needed to see the effect. There are only a few rows, in order: the second starts once the first is standing.

Questions

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s the most common case. The diagnosis exists to work out what you need before you buy anything. In the form, just write what you sell and to whom.

Are we too small for you?

We don’t look at headcount: we look at whether the product works and whether there’s room to sell it better. If it isn’t the right time, we’ll tell you in the first 30 minutes.

Do you only work with clients who do everything with you?

No. If you already have a supplier for your website or content, the plan includes them and we work with them. We keep the direction and the measurement.
